2. Purposes and lawfulness of processing
We process your personal data in compliance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The lawfulness of your personal data processing can only be justified, if you have given your written consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of an application in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. a) GDPR.
3. Categories of personal data
We only process personal data that is relevant to your application, this can be general data (first name, last name, phone number, e-mail address), as well as information about your qualifications (CV) and further information relevant to the job application (e.g. notice period).
4. Sources of personal data
We only process personal data that we collect directly from you, by e-mail or post.
5. Recipients of personal data
Within our company, we only transfer your personal data to those recipients who need it to process your application. As part of our service as a recruitment consultancy, your application documents will be sent to our clients, always after your written consent.
6. Transfer to a third country
Transmission of your personal data to third countries is only possible with your written consent.
7. Duration of personal data storage
Your personal data or application documents will be deleted within 6 months after the end of your application process or until a decision has been made about your application, unless longer storage is required by law, of which we will inform you. If you agree to longer storage of your application documents, we will store them in accordance with your written consent.
8. Your rights
In accordance with Article 13 Paragraph 2 lit. b) GDPR, you can request information about your stored personal data via the above address, as well as the rectification or erasure of your personal data or the restriction of processing, as well you have the right to data portability of your personal data, the provision is transmitted in a machine-readable format (Article 20 Paragraph 1 GDPR).

Right to object
In accordance with Article 13 Paragraph 2 lit. c) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You can revoke your consent at any time via the above address.
​9. Provision of personal data
The provision of your personal data is on your free choice. We can only make a decision to establish an employment relationship, if you provide us with the personal data required to process the application (see 3. categories of personal data).
10. Automated decision making
There is no final automated decision-making in accordance with Article 22 Paragraph 1 and 4 GDPR.
